The project utilizes a medium-temperature, medium-dust SCR denitrification system with low impact on the cement kiln. On the premise of ensuring the provision of high-quality cement, it realizes ultra-low NOx emission. At present, the SCR system is running stably, and all parameters are better than the design indexes, NOx concentration is less than 50mg/Nm3, ammonia escape is less than 5mg/Nm3, system resistance is less than 600Pa, temperature drop is less than 8℃, and ammonia consumption is greatly reduced compared with the previous one, which realizes the project's environmental protection and emission reduction requirements at a high level, and has been highly praised by the owner.
